Wholesale Account Executive (AE) Description:
|
We are looking for experienced and motivated Account Executives who have a proven track record of high volume sales and pull-through.
Account Executives will sign up new mortgage brokers with PMC Bancorp.
Develop and maintain broker relationships through superb customer service and monthly sales calls.
1. LOCATIONS:
• California, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Washington
2. REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have clear knowledge of the mortgage lending industry.
• Previous wholesale sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to make weekly sales calls.
• Must be highly motivated and determined to succeed.

Retail Loan Officer Description:
|
Retail Loan officer will work for PMC who is a direct lender.
The qualified loan officer will have the responsibility of originating and closing conventional and FHA loans.
Being a direct lender allows you to take advantage of delegated underwriting, on-site doc drawing, funding,
and access to products not available to most mortgage Brokers such as FHA and MI products.
PMC’s retail guidelines, products and services are the best in the market.
1. LOCATIONS:
• California ONLY (both Southern and Northern)
2. REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have MLO license (NMLS # require)
• Must have clear knowledge of the mortgage lending industry.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Must fund a total of 2 units or $400,000 per month.
• Conventional and FHA loan knowledge preferred.
• Must be highly motivated and determined to succeed.
• All PMC Retail Loan Officers must have met all the NMLS licensing requirements by 7/31/10.
