Wholesale Account Executive with extensive
FHA & AGENCY Experience.

Responsibilities
|
|
Responsible for selling PMC BanCorp wholesale mortgage products with the focus on
Government (FHA) and Agency products, pricing and the PMC process to mortgage brokers.
Develops market strategies to assure that PMC is doing business with the most knowledgeable
and reputable brokers. Develops and maintains strong relationships with mortgage broker clients. Responds timely to brokers questions i.e. scenario calls and serves
as a liaison between the broker and the PMC operations staff. Develops and maintains
strong partnership with the PMC Operations personnel to facilitate transactions
and improve client service. Participates as the PMC ambassador to the broker community
to increase visibility and sales influence. Continually update training, competitive
information and industry knowledge to better serve both PMC and clients. Perform
miscellaneous tasks as needed or required.

Requirements
|
-
The successful candidate for this position will have
2+ years prior experience in retail/wholesale FHA, Fannie, Freddie and conforming
mortgage wholesale lending industry.

A stable work history and proven ability to develop and manage a consistent client
base.

Multi-tasking and superb organizational skills are required.

The ability to demonstrate discipline in working within a structured lending environmentis critical.

Excellent communication and presentation
skills are required.

High
school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
